  • Post-Fulfillment: Once an order has reached the fulfillment stage or has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. However, you are fully protected by our 365-Day Money Back Guarantee once the package arrives.

2. Subscription & Auto-Delivery Cancellations

  • Timing Cutoff: Cancellations must be processed before the next order is automatically generated and billed. If a subscription order has already been processed or shipped, that specific cycle cannot be cancelled, but it will be eligible for return under our standard policy.
